Purchase Terms

These terms of purchase apply to the use of the My TRED App, including the purchase of services and subscriptions. By downloading and using the My TRED App, or by making in-app purchases, you agree to the following terms:

  1. 1. General information:
    The My TRED App provides health-related services for travelers, such as destination analyses, symptom analyses and storage of vaccination records. The app is available for download on various platforms, and some features may require in-app purchases.

  2. 2. Purchase and payment:
    – Subscriptions: The My TRED App offers both free and paid versions of the application. By purchasing a subscription, you get access to premium features. Subscriptions automatically renew until canceled.

    Payment methods: Payments are made via the Stripe platform. All payments are handled by third party providers and their payment terms apply.

    – Prices: Prices for subscriptions and services are displayed in the currency applicable to the user’s specified location. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice, but price changes will not affect already purchased or ongoing subscriptions during the current payment period.

  3. 3. Right of withdrawal and refunds:
    – Right of withdrawal: In accordance with applicable consumer legislation, you may have the right to withdraw your purchase within 14 days of purchase.

    – Refund: Refunds are handled through Stripe. To request a refund, you must contact refunds@tredapps.com.

  4. 4. Subscription management:
    – Automatic Renewal: If you have purchased a subscription, it will automatically renew at the end of each payment period. You can cancel your subscription at any time in the app or by contacting subscriptions@tredapps.com.

    – Termination: If you terminate your subscription, you will continue to have access to the Services until the end of the current payment period. No refunds will be made for the remaining period.

  5. 5. User Responsibilities:
    The user is responsible for ensuring that the information provided at the time of purchase is correct and complete. The user may not share their account or subscription services with others. For further information see the My TRED App terms of use.

  6. 6. Changes to Terms:
    The My TRED App reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Significant changes are communicated via the application or email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

  7. 7. Limitation of Liability:
    My TRED App is not responsible for direct or indirect damages that may arise from the use of the app or its services. All health-related advice and information provided by the App is for guidance only and should not replace consultation with a qualified health care provider.
